At the heart of True Dentistry Plus is Dr. Carmen D. Ramirez Gonzalez, a compassionate and experienced dentist dedicated to providing gentle, comprehensive care for patients of all ages. With more than 35 years of clinical and academic experience across multiple countries, Dr. Ramirez brings a unique blend of skill, knowledge, and heart to every appointment.
Dr. Ramirez began her dental career in Cuba, earning her Doctor of Stomatology degree from the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences in Villa Clara in 1985. She went on to complete her specialty in Physiology and Pathophysiology, and for over two decades, she served both as a general dentist and a respected professor of Physiology and Natural Medicine at leading institutions, including the Latin-American School of Medicine in Havana.
After relocating to the United States, she became a Registered Dental Hygienist, earned her credentials through the International DMD Program at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, and joined the American dental field with honors—including being named to the Dean’s List and inducted into the Prosthodontic Honor Society.

Since 2017, Dr. Ramirez has practiced in a variety of dental settings across Florida, including Port Saint Lucie, West Palm Beach, and Miami. She currently leads care at True Dentistry Plus in Pembroke Pines. Her background includes everything from implants, prosthetic reconstruction and restorative procedures to surgical and cosmetic dentistry.
She has also been a speaker at several international congresses in the fields of Dentistry, Physiology, and Natural Medicine—sharing her insights and advocating for patient-centered care.
